How We Work.
Consultation: DIY, Remote, Full Service
All of our client relationships begin with an in depth 2 hour consultation. We charge a flat fee of $325 for up to two hours of design time on-site (or remote via video conference) to begin working on defining your project, creating solutions, and crafting a plan to move your project to completion!
**(travel fees apply for locations beyond 20 miles of Downtown Aiken, SC 29801)

Residential/ Commercial: Both residential and commercial projects follow the same trajectory of Consultation, retainer/contract, 6 weeks to proposal, and then project commencement.

Design Time: Design Time is billable at $155 per hour.
